FAST DELIVERY AUSTRALIA-WIDE
Flat rate: $14.95

  • Estimated Delivery (after dispatch): Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
  • Special Deliveries (P.O. Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect, etc.): Delivery may take 7–15 business days.
  • Work Boots & PPE Orders: Delivery may take 7–15 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary due to stock availability, remote areas, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Deliveries are made on business days only (no weekends or public holidays).
  • Garments requiring decoration will incur different delivery costs based on weight, which will be communicated during quoting.

Important:

  • All deliveries require a signature on arrival. For security reasons, parcels will not be left unattended unless specifically requested.
  • If no one is available, your order will be redirected to the nearest post office or depot.
  • Return-to-sender fee: If an order is returned due to non-collection or failed delivery, a $12 fee will apply (charged by couriers).

RETURNS

Please Note:

  • NO RETURNS on clearance items or special-order items.

Change of Mind / Not Suitable

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and materials intact. Damaged packaging will not be accepted.
  • A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase must be included.
  • Resupply due to customer error (wrong size/colour, change of mind, etc.) will incur postage costs.
  • Please call or email to obtain a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) before sending items back. Issue of a RAN is at Hubworkwear’s discretion.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (or at our discretion), excluding the original delivery charge.
  • In case of refund, the delivery cost ($14.95) will be deducted, even if the purchase qualified for free delivery.
  • All approved returns must be sent back within 2 weeks of approval, otherwise they may be rejected.

Faulty Goods

  • Please contact us to discuss the fault and confirm warranty terms.
  • If approved, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Depending on the fault, we will arrange a repair, exchange, or store credit (excluding postage).
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Note:
Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
